  • Place as many containers as needed (up to seven)

  • Add oats, fruit and milk/water to container

  • Add any other ingredients you want! We recommend yogurt, nuts, seeds, chocolate chips, nut butters, protein powder – you really can’t go wrong!

  • Stir and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. You can serve overnight oats cold at room temperature or reheat in the microwave or on the stove!
