The classic drink from the ’90s is making a comeback! (Though is it really gone?) These Batch Metropolis This is a fun drink to make if you’re hosting a group of girlfriends at home for drinks and apps, a spring brunch, or a mahjong night.

Who doesn’t love Microcosm? With its pretty pink hue and tart flavor, it’s a fan favorite for a reason. Instead of spending an entire evening at the bar measuring and shaking a bunch of different drinks, make a big jar of Cosmo mix a few hours in advance and store it in the refrigerator. Whenever someone wants a drink, all you need to do is pour some of the mixture into a cocktail shaker, add some ice cubes, and shake until very cold.
If you can get your hands on some dehydrated lime wedges, they make such a cute and unexpected garnish, but otherwise, a classic lime twist will do the trick too!
