Pinoy Chicken Soups recipe is very simple. It involves throwing a bunch of ingredients together in a pot and letting them cook together, incorporating flavors and absorbing each other’s unique qualities. The result is a dish that’s super satisfying and oozing with warmth – perfect, no matter what kind of day you’re having!
To start cooking our sopa, we first heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a cooking pot. Then, we fry the onion, garlic and celery slices for about a minute. After that’s done, our chicken and hotdogs go on the side with a tablespoon of fish sauce. We let it cook again for another minute before pouring in 8 cups of water. Bring this mixture to a boil before adding your chicken cubes. Then, cover your pot with a lid, lower the heat and cook your Pinoy Chicken Soup for about 10 minutes.
The next step is to add your elbow macaroni to the pot. This pasta should cook for about 18 minutes, or you can make it based on how you like your noodles. If you prefer them on the chewy side, you can cook them less. Conversely, if you like them softer to the bite, 18 minutes should be perfect. Then, toss in your cabbage and evaporated milk, which will give your soup that creaminess. The marriage of different flavors and aromas will make your kitchen irresistible. Filipino Style Chicken Noodle Soup

Heat cooking oil in a pan. Saute onion, garlic and celery for 1 minute.

Add shredded chicken, hot dog and 1 tablespoon fish sauce. Cook for 1 minute.
