What ingredients are needed for Greek Ham and Cheese Pie?
Many of these you may already have. you need to:
- Butter, eggs and milk.
- Deli ham.
- Greek yogurt or cottage cheese.
- Feta cheese.
- And mozzarella cheese.
- Flour, baking powder and salt.
- black pepper and nutmeg.
Greek yogurt is a more traditional choice, but if you want to add more protein to the mix, cottage cheese might be a good choice. (Both are delicious!)

How to make Greek Ham and Cheese Pie?
Good news, you only need one bowl to make this! Start by whisking together the wet ingredients. That’s eggs, yogurt (or cottage cheese) and milk. Then, add the flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, and nutmeg until they are completely combined. Stir in the feta, mozzarella and prosciutto and place in a baking dish. Easy, right?

An 8×11 or 9×13 baking pan can be used here; it just depends on how thick you want your slices to be. A smaller baking pan will give you a thicker patty. In either case, you’ll want to brush the baking sheet with melted butter. Once the batter is poured in, drizzle the remaining melted butter on top.

This will bake in the oven for about 45 minutes and it will puff up nicely. It may become soggy if placed in a baking dish, so if you don’t plan to eat it immediately, store the slices on a wire rack so they don’t absorb any moisture. enjoy!
