This chocolate is less likely to form a crust and is better than store bought! We use the best chocolate sauce. Hence, it makes perfect homemade food indestructible. Breakfast tastes delicious and healthy.

Homemade Chocolate Uncrustable Perfect for Breakfast
I recently bought a non-stick pan machine. The kids love it!
An indestructible maker magically transforms boring sandwiches into special treats. What used to be just a sandwich is now a moon. Or it turns into a circular sled. What’s more, the sandwich can be transformed into a trampoline!
I generally discourage playing with food. However, this is an exception for good reason.
A non-crust maker does a good job of sealing the sandwich together. So the filling won’t fall out while the kids are eating (or playing). Doesn’t stick to fingers!
We have tried a lot of different fillings since purchasing our non-crust crust maker. In our experience, you can easily choose between sweet or savory.
One of our favorites is homemade no-crust chocolate. So that’s why I’m sharing the recipe today! Hope you and your family will enjoy this too.

What kind of chocolate spread is suitable for making crusty foods?
This is the most important question when making non-crisp chocolate!
If you are making imitation cat chocolate that is not crusty, I recommend using peanut butter. Smucker’s Uncrustables are the kind you buy at the store, using chocolate hazelnut spread.
However, I found a chocolate spread that I think tastes better. Plus, it’s healthier.
Barney butter makes delicious almond butter and chocolate. We love it! Super smooth. And it has just the right amount of sweetness.
Personally, after trying a few different chocolate spreads, this is my favorite. Compared to Nutella, Barney Butter chocolate spread is even better. Great for breakfast.
One reason is that it’s smooth and spreads easily. Plus, only 2 grams of added sugar per serving. By comparison, Nutella has 21 grams of added sugar per serving!
It’s the perfect spread for making non-crust chocolate!

How to use a non-hard skin machine
Using cool makers is the most fun part of making homemade crusty treats!
Which nonstick pan manufacturer is the best?
There are many different uncrustable manufacturers on Amazon. It took me a while to find the one I loved.
This is what I use. I think it works great!
This one I use creates the classic Smucker’s Uncrustables edge shape. Some other sandwich sealers end up giving the sandwich wavy edges. That’s not good if your child is fussy or particularly observant.
Simple two-step process
Using the caseless machine requires 2 steps. Once the sandwich is ready, start by cutting off the crust using a regular round cutter. Second, push the sealing mold down to create a perfect sealing edge.
Look! Your homemade crust is done!

Tips for this Homemade Chocolate No-Crust Recipe
This is a very simple recipe. But here are some tips. My goal is to help you make the best homemade crusty treats ever.
Use soft bread
Using soft bread will produce the best crusty bread. This is because the bread won’t split or crack when you use a round cutter and sealer.
I’ve had great success using Wonder Bread or Nature’s Own Honey Wheat. Other sandwich sliced breads may also work well.
While we typically eat whole wheat bread, they don’t work well with homemade crusty bread. Unfortunately, the texture of this bread is not suitable for sandwich cutters. Conversely, things that are not strong tend to crack.
Don’t use too many spreads
Surprisingly, the non-crusty filling spilled easily. So when you’re making a sandwich, don’t spread too much sauce.
Check out the photos below. See there’s some chocolate sauce on the edge of the seal?
This leads to the third tip.

Place the file in the middle
No need to spread the filling all over the sandwich bread. So try to keep the filling in the center of the sandwich. This way the spread won’t seep out when you try to cut and seal the sandwich.
Enjoy this delicious chocolate
I really hope you enjoy this recipe. Although very simple, hopefully these tips and suggestions will help. Now you can make your own healthier version of crustless chocolate too!
